Personalized fitness plans are the safest and most effective way to achieve your goals. Your $25 consultation will involve an in depth analysis of your current fitness level, goals and program components with one our chief exercise physiologist.

Your trainer will also evaluate:

  • Level of flexibility and flexibility imbalances to aid in program design.
  • Determine core strength and endurance.
  • Assess your muscular strength and posture.
  • Record baseline measurements to chart steady improvement towards your goals.

If after the consultation you don’t think our services are good fit, we will try and help you find a service that better meets your needs.
