I have worked with a lot of
world class in my professional career and Nick is definitely one of the best. I
am always impressed how passionate he is about his work no matter who he is
training.
I never feel like I
waste one second of the hour I spend training with Nick. In one week I saw
dramatic results in my conditioning and body. After retiring from the
professional women's tennis tour, I felt that I needed to get back in shape and
I was having a hard time getting motivated. Nick inspired me to start working
out again.
Nick always pushed me beyond
what I think I can do. I know he is very dedicated to each of his clients
and focuses on everyone individually.

To compete on the professional women's tennis tour requires
a combination of strength, speed and flexibility and Nick
has helped me to improve in all of these areas. Upper body
strength was always something that I needed to improve to
compete with the best players in the world. Since I began
training with nick is the 1st time I have seen consistent
results in that area. I am now strong enough physically to
compete against the top players without being overpowered.
Some of the strong points of Nicks training style are that
we never waste a minute during workouts…there is not a lot
of talking and resting so I get the most out of my time with
him. Also Nick is great at changing the workouts each time
so we never do the same exercises and the routine is never
boring or repetitive. We are constantly working different
muscles and body parts to make the most efficient use of our
time in the gym. I always leave feeling like I got a lot
accomplished and achieved something/got a lot out of my
workout. Nick consistently pushes me to new levels of
strength and fitness.
I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to improve their
strength, fitness and overall health. Whether you are
training for a specific sport as is my case or you simply
want to get fitter and feel better Nick can help. I am
