One on One personal training is available either in-home or at another
location you would prefer such as the beach, bay or park. All sessions
are based on the initial fitness and goal assessment done during the
first session. Assessments are then caried out throughout training
depending on the clients training timeline.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost $70 per session.
Semi Private Personal Training is available as an option for those who
would like to share the session with others. The same exact protocol is
udes for the partner sessions as the One on One sessions including the
initial assessment of fitness levels and goals.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and prices are as follows:
2 people/ $45 per session. 3 people/ $35 per session. 4 people/ $30 per
session.
